For years I thought restless nights and heavy legs were just part of being an athlete.

Then the injuries started coming back, again and again, and I couldn’t ignore it anymore. So I started studying my own body: how it recovers, how it sleeps, what it needs.

And this is what I want to share with you here.

I know your nights.

I know your habits. I know what happens after training: early mornings, late sessions, games under the lights, a body that never really gets a day off.

You give everything on the field and get home late. Your body is exhausted, but your head won’t switch off. The next morning, you start the day already behind.

What I found changed how I live:
light is at the core of our health and our energy.

Our bodies were built for bright days and dark nights. Darkness is what tells the brain to release melatonin and start recovering. But after training, we go home to bright lamps, phones, TV and laptops, right up until we close our eyes.

From your screen to your legs

After dark, screens and LED bulbs keep flooding your eyes with blue and green light. Your brain reads it as daytime, as if the sun were still up, so it holds back melatonin, the signal to wind down and recover. That signal comes late, or weak.

Your deep sleep gets lighter and shorter, and deep sleep is where your body does its repair work. The result shows up the next day: heavier legs, a body that bounces back slower, and more room for injury.

Block it. Don’t just filter it.

I couldn’t give up screens, and I don’t expect you to. So I started blocking the light instead: red lenses for the last hours of my evening, natural light during the day.

Clear blue-light glasses typically block only 10–20%. They filter. LUCIER Night lenses block 100% of light from 400–550nm, the range that keeps your brain awake. They block.

Wear them 1-2 hours before bed. No pills, no apps.

I slept deeper, woke up with more energy, and felt the difference on the field.

  • That’s why LUCIER exists: a simple way for athletes to protect their nights, in glasses we’d actually be proud to wear.
  • Italian acetate frames, made with Korean craftsmanship.
  • 7 days to feel the difference, or your money back.

Worn by World Class Athletes

Today, professional athletes around the world wear LUCIER, including Luis Díaz, Raphinha, Enzo Fernández and Pedro Porro, and more than 90,000 people have joined them.

“I play football, and I bought these after seeing a LUCIER ad on Instagram. I’ve always paid close attention to taking care of my body, so I was half-skeptical when I bought them. But once I started wearing them, my eyes felt genuinely relaxed, and I could really feel the difference in my sleep. I’d recommend them to athletes in other sports, too!”Football player · Jason A.
“I really do fall asleep more easily now. I always used to sleep badly the night before a match, and my body felt off. Maybe it’s in my head, maybe it’s real, but I’ve been sleeping so deeply. My eyes feel relaxed, too. Thank you for making such a good product.”Athlete · Matt J.
“It really works. Honestly, I had a lot of doubts before buying. My teammates kept telling me how good they were, so I tried them, and now I fall asleep easily and feel in much better shape. Once I wore them, I understood why players use them. They’re a bit pricey, but well worth it, and the guarantee is good too, so all things considered, I think they’re a fair buy.”Athlete · Noah

Is it worth it? Look at what you already spend on recovery every month: protein, supplements, gear. LUCIER is a one-time purchase: one pair that works every night, for years.

You already do the hard part.
Don’t let your nights undo it.
