How to track your order

- You can check the progress of the ordered product at [Member Information] > [Order] on the official website.
- The tracking number, shipping carrier, and tracking link will be sent to the email address provided when placing the order.

Withdraw order

- Refunds are not provided for products purchased during the discount period or by applying a discount code. The order can only be exchanged for another item or exchanged for store rewards.
- Member buyers can cancel orders on My Page.
- Non-member buyers can apply to cancel their order through the bottom right corner!
