The sun, the source of all life
Sunlight is the most essential biological requirement for sustaining life.
We humans can exist because of the sun.
If there were no sun, there would be no Earth and life, and even humans, could not exist.
Historically, every race and civilization on Earth has worshipped the sun in their own way.
Apollo, the sun god of Roman civilization, was worshipped as the god of light and healing.
The ancient Egyptian sun god Ra was a manifestation of divinity.
The Egyptians believed that humans were born from Ra's tears, and the Chinese believed that there were ten suns that appeared one after another.
We need to consider why so many ancient cultures devoted so much time and resources to things that we today learn are meaningless and unimportant.
While I have always considered these historical concepts to be worthy of consideration, modern medicine often dismisses these explanations as religious fanaticism or simply primitive.
But if we look at it from a rational perspective, we can see that there is a lot to learn about human health and vitality from ancient rituals and practices.
In fact, it has been proven that among the various rays of sunlight, ultraviolet rays have the most biologically important activity.
The intensity of ultraviolet rays and all other rays varies greatly depending on the location and season on the Earth. Thanks to this, all life on Earth can maintain a constant cycle of change necessary for growth and evolution, and this cycle is called the circadian rhythm .
What is ultraviolet radiation?
Ultraviolet light is a part of invisible light with a wavelength ranging from 10 nm to 400 nm.
To make double understanding easier, let's talk about ultraviolet A (UVA) 315 nm to 400 nm and ultraviolet B (UVB) 280 nm to 315 nm.
The first thing to understand is that UV rays play a vital role in our bodies, contrary to popular belief.
As most of you know, UV rays have been blamed for causing cancer and other health problems for decades.
I am convinced that this is completely exaggerated and based on research findings that are intentionally or potentially misleading.
The sun, especially its ultraviolet rays, is falsely accused.
As it supports multibillion-dollar industries like sunscreen and vitamin D supplements, and makes us easy scapegoats for real-world cancer causes like artificial blue light and industrially processed foods .
Much of the research being done to discover the problem with UV has been done in laboratories using artificially isolated UV light, rather than full-spectrum sunlight.
There is a price to pay for fragmenting or isolating nature.
Nature, sunlight, all work in a holistic way.
The Amazing Effects of UV Rays
“Among the wavelength ranges, especially infrared, near-infrared, and ultraviolet increase EZ water in the human body. It’s like charging a cell phone battery. That’s why infrared, near-infrared, and ultraviolet make people feel good and more energetic. (Think about why you feel good when you’re at the ocean or in the mountains.) That’s also why ultraviolet has a positive effect on motor skills. The human body gains great benefits in terms of motor skills when exposed to ultraviolet light. This literature dates back to the 50s and is even very well described.
-Dr. Leland Stillman
(EZ water: water that exists inside cells and is the energy source that millions of mitochondria, the cellular power plants, need to produce energy)
Above all, ultraviolet rays from sunlight play the most essential role in synthesizing vitamin D.
Vitamin D supplements are no substitute for natural sunlight. It's like asking someone to do push-ups. Also, vitamin D pills completely block your body's own production of vitamin D.
-Dr Jack Kruse
Benefits of sunbathing:
- Increased energy, endurance and strength
- Increased blood oxygen carrying capacity
- Increased stress resistance and reduced depression
- Improved electrocardiogram results

Before the discovery of antibiotics (the first antibiotic was penicillin) in the 1930s, before the advent of modern medicine, European medicine favored the healing powers of sunlight.
Until the 19th century and the mid-20th century, sunlight therapy, or sun therapy, was considered the most effective treatment for infectious diseases. Sun therapy basically involves natural exposure to direct sunlight.
Research has shown that when exposed to well-controlled amounts of sunlight, blood pressure in hypertensive patients drops dramatically, blood sugar levels in diabetics drop abnormally high, and white blood cell counts increase, which is essential for fighting disease. Sunlight therapy can even increase cardiac output and increase the blood’s ability to carry oxygen.
Patients suffering from gout, rheumatoid arthritis, colitis, arteriosclerosis, anemia, cystitis, eczema, acne, psoriasis, herpes infections, lupus, sciatica, kidney disease, asthma, and even burns can all benefit significantly from exposure to the healing rays of sunlight, the ultraviolet rays.
Sunlight is probably the most powerful natural remedy with the widest therapeutic range. Dr. Auguste Rolier, M.D., was the most famous sun therapy practitioner of his time . At his peak, he operated 36 hospitals with over 1,000 beds in Leysin, Switzerland . His hospitals were located 500 feet above sea level. For every 1,000 feet you go up above sea level, the intensity of UV radiation increases by 4 percent. So at 5,000 feet above sea level, the intensity of the sun's UV radiation is about 20 percent higher than at sea level .
The strategic location of the hospital allowed his patients to receive more ultraviolet light. Dr. Rollier used ultraviolet light to treat diseases such as tuberculosis, rickets, smallpox, lupus vulgaris (a type of true tuberculosis of the skin), and wounds.
About 8,000 people die each year from melanoma, the most dangerous type of skin cancer. It also kills about 3.5 million people in the United States each year. The causes are all related to lack of sunlight and vitamin D deficiency.

Are UV rays really harmful?
“Light stimulates the body to produce hormones and neurotransmitters. Saying that sunlight causes cancer is like saying that spoons make people fat.”
-Dr Leland Stillman
Ultraviolet rays, which are high-energy wavelengths, can have harmful effects on the body. But first, we need to understand how they cause harmful effects.
UVA has a longer wavelength, so it penetrates deeper into the Earth’s atmosphere and through windows. However, UVB wavelengths are blocked by most windows. What does this mean?
UVB plays a role in synthesizing vitamin D, and UVA plays a role in reducing the production of vitamin D. This is a system that maintains a mutual balance and protects the body from excessive vitamin D synthesis when exposed to sunlight outside. However, when exposed to sunlight through a window, you get UVA, but you do not get UVB, which is actually beneficial for vitamin D synthesis.
If UVA is exposed to the body separately without UVB, it not only destroys vitamin D production, but also causes oxidative stress. Exposure to distorted UVA wavelengths is one of the main causes of skin cancer and accelerates skin aging. UVA is also the main cause of skin tanning. UVB wavelengths stimulate melanin and actually synthesize vitamin D without darkening the skin.
Normally, sunburn is not a problem because the skin is exposed to both UVA and UVB rays. However, if the sun hits your skin through a window, the long-term risk of cancer increases because UVA destroys vitamin D levels while you do not receive the benefits of UVB.
This is why people who drive for long hours or have jobs that involve window seats are more likely to develop skin cancer on their arms.
-Dr Jack Kruse
There is also little scientific evidence that sunscreen prevents skin cancer. However, sunscreen does prevent skin from burning. Let’s find out how this works.
1. First, when you apply sunscreen, the UV-blocking chemicals that block UVB rays are absorbed into your skin.
2. SPF (Sun Protection Factor) is a synthetic ingredient that has been tested in laboratories to prevent skin from burning .
By neutralizing the natural healing power of the body, it creates a false sense of security.
4. Essentially, sunscreen anesthetizes the skin.
5. The UVB rays that sunscreen blocks are essential rays that produce and stimulate vitamin D and essential sex hormones.
UV rays are harmful to the human body when they are separated into UVA and UVB. And windows and sunscreens each separate UVA and UVB in different ways.
Next time your dermatologist tells you that sunlight is bad for your skin, mention this study: The farther you are from the equator, where the sun's intensity is strongest, the higher your risk of skin cancer.
-Dr Jack Kruse
Why You Should Avoid Sunscreen Sunglasses
People with natural tans tend to look healthier and happier. Why is that?
First, let's find out why you should avoid sunscreen.
1. Most sunscreens block UVB rays, which produce vitamin D.
2. However, it does not block UVA, and UVA is the main factor leading to skin cancer when it is separated and affects the skin.
3. Sunscreens are also full of harmful endocrine disrupting chemicals.
Studies have shown that sunscreens contain tyrosinase inhibitors, which increase the risk of developing malignant melanoma.
If your body has not yet adapted to the sun, it is advisable to protect your skin with natural coconut oil.
No society has ever feared sunlight as much as modern civilization.
The real causes of skin cancer are excessive exposure to sunlight on certain parts of the body through sunscreens full of chemicals , and modern people's diets that are mainly comprised of processed foods.
-Dr Jack Kruse
Sunscreens that use ingredients that absorb UV rays can damage DNA when exposed to light.
Sunscreens negatively affect photons, which are the rays that need to be converted into harmless heat , leading to DNA damage.
A 1998 study in the Journal of the National Cancer Institute reported that children who frequently used sunscreen were more likely to develop moles and freckles.
Many people need to realize that sunburn is less harmful to your skin than sunscreen, which is full of hard-to-pronounce chemicals on the ingredient list!
Do you think the chemicals on the ingredient list are safe?
Studies have found that it is difficult to prove that sunscreen provides a protective effect against skin cancer in the general population.
Sunscreens are more likely to cause cancer than to protect the skin. Cancer occurs when mitochondrial cell death does not function properly.
What surprised the medical community the most was that the healing light from the sun had no effect when the patient wore sunglasses (sunglasses block the spectrum of light from the sun that has a key biochemical function) .
You should never cover your eyes when you are in the sun. Your eyes need the stimulation from the sun. This protects your eyes from myopia.
-Dr. Jack Kruse
The sun is very important for the health of our eyes.
Sunlight also helps us make the vitamin D we need. Without sunlight, our eyes can appear pale and dull.
We call extreme sensitivity to sunlight photophobia. Most people who are sensitive to light try to solve the problem by wearing sunglasses. However, sunglasses are only a stopgap measure.
Wearing sunglasses can lead to a cycle where we cannot receive enough sunlight and our sensitivity to light increases. The longer we wear sunglasses, the more sensitive our eyes become to light. So the vicious cycle repeats.
Through this knowledge, we can also see that we should not wear sunglasses either, as this will actually increase our sensitivity to the sun's light, which will have even greater negative effects in the long run.
The real Root Cause
Artificial Light
Processed food
Sunscreen with chemical ingredients
Inconsistent exposure to sunlight
Excessive sunlight exposure on small portion of body parts
This is the real cause of skin cancer!
"Today, we are so consumed with rumors and fears about sun exposure that we go to great lengths to cover ourselves up before going outside. We slather on sunscreen, wear sunglasses, and bundle up in layers. But our bodies need the sun to nourish us. While prolonged exposure is dangerous, getting some sunlight every day is definitely necessary. It helps build collagen in our skin, promotes brain development and mental development, and creates EZ water in our cells."
[The Strongest Life]
Receiving sunlight through the eyes and skin,
Overcoming frequent immune disorders
Not only that, it also brings countless benefits.
To sum up...
I could argue in more detail and logically, citing countless research results based on the laws of nature and true science.
But what does that mean?
Nature does not lie.
We must not forget that everything in nature exists for a reason.
To live a healthy life, you must be able to think independently.
How did humans evolve over generations without sunscreen?
Why has skin cancer become a common disease in modern society?
Why do healthy-looking athletes love the sun?
Now is the time to clear the name of UV rays.
Get outside and enjoy the natural sunlight and feel the real difference in your health!
