Shipping Methods
- We provide DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping services wherever possible, ensuring your order arrives in the most premium, safe, and efficient way available.
- The shipping method may vary depending on your country or the item(s) you ordered.
- Some countries may be excluded from DDP or premium delivery services.
Estimated Delivery Time
- It usually takes around 3 to 7 days, depending on the destination you selected.
- Unexpected delays may occur due to factors such as weather conditions, customs procedures, or courier issues. We appreciate your patience in such cases.
Shipping Address Changes
- If you need to change the shipping address after placing your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
- While we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, changes may not be possible once the order is in the shipping preparation phase.
Important Notes
- After the product arrives in your country, the local courier typically attempts two deliveries.
- You will receive email notifications from the courier for each delivery attempt. LUCIER may also send follow-up emails from our official address for faster communication.
- If both delivery attempts fail due to the recipient being unavailable, the package will be returned to the local warehouse.
- Each country has different holding periods at local warehouses. If you wish to have your order re-shipped, additional shipping fees may apply.
LUCIER is not responsible for any delays or issues resulting from failed deliveries or re-shipments, in accordance with international shipping regulations. We do not consider refund or return requests related to such cases as valid. Unless there is a special circumstance caused by our own mistake or error, returns and refunds due to these reasons will not be accepted.
Customs & Duties
- We ship using a DDP system in most countries to avoid customs clearance delays.
- However, customs policies vary by country, and local authorities may still contact the recipient to complete clearance procedures.
- If the recipient fails to respond or is unavailable, the shipment may be delayed, held, or discarded.
- Any customs duties, taxes, or related delays are solely the responsibility of the recipient. LUCIER is not liable for these issues and is unable to issue refunds in such cases.
Please note that failure to receive the product due to customs-related issues or recipient unavailability does not constitute valid grounds for a refund under international shipping policy.
